What is the best way to contact you?

As stated above, DM @CobraParker or @Cass in our discord server (message Cass for the fastest reply). If you're already here on the site, use the chat bot for another method of getting a fast response. TikTok and Instagram are the last best places to reach out. Our email is available in our LinkTree for business inquiries only. We've been getting a lot of spam there, so generic questions/emails will most likely get overlooked.

What is your shipping policy? How do I track my order?

We ship within 1-2 business days, but we always strive for next-day shipping on most orders. We do not ship internationally. We do offer free shipping on the site on orders over $75. If you order on TikTok, you’ll receive tracking there, and the same applies for the site (it will be in your email). If you order on both on the same day, your whole order will be shipped with your TikTok order (unless said otherwise). Your order on the site will be marked as fulfilled with the same tracking number from TikTok so you’ll know what has been shipped with what.

What's your pre-order policy?

Pre-orders are a new option we added a few months ago, so things are always changing with how we handle them. As of now, pre-orders charge you 50% of the total upfront, then charge the remainder once we receive the product (we'll notify everyone once something comes in). As with any order, you'll receive tracking once the label has been made. Pre-orders are the same price as what we charge once the product is for sale, but in the future we plan to make pre-order pricing slightly cheaper to encourage more pre-ordering!

How do you ship your orders?

All TCGs, figurines, and CassyLouCreates art are shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. Or, we’ll ship multiple boxes in a bubble mailer. Collectibles, unofficially licensed sets, and plushies will be shipped with just a bubble mailer.

My package is missing, damaged, incorrect?

Regardless of where you ordered from, PLEASE reach out to us FIRST before beginning a refund request (with TikTok). In most cases, we can come to easier solutions for both parties simply through communication. TikTok has made it easier to file claims when you request for a refund there, but our store still gets docked when you do. So, we always like to save that as a last resort if we are unable to resolve your issue otherwise.

I need to cancel an order?

Order cancellations on TikTok do not dock our store as long as we haven’t shipped your order out. As stated above, however, we do try to ship the next day, so please send your requests as fast as possible if you need to cancel. As for cancellations on the site, depending upon how large the order is, we retain 3% of the refund. The site does not cover the card transaction fee for us (or any fees really) like TikTok, so we have to manually factor it in. This ONLY applies to cancellations, however, not refunds or anything else that would be our fault. For refunds or cancellations on the site, use the help bot to request a refund or message me or Parker.

Are you an official business? Do you have a physical store? Is your branding AI?

Yes, we are an official business (Cobra’s Collectables LLC). We get all our product from actual distribution and it’s all officially licensed (unless stated otherwise). Raw and graded cards are from trades, doing the grading ourselves, or from just buying from others. We are online/convention only, but everything we do goes towards opening a physical store someday! NONE of our marketing, branding, assets, etc. are created with the use of AI. CassyLouCreates is our business' full-time artist who creates all the fanart that’s sold here as well as all the branding.

What's your trade/buying percentages? Where do I send items to? When are you streaming?

We buy at 70% and trade at 80% in most situations. We're always looking for Weiss Schwarz! Pokémon will follow suit someday, but as of now we aren't on the market for it. If you need to send us something or want to know when we're live, please refer to the "schedule-and-PO-box" channel in the Discord.

When will you restock X item?

Assume the answer will always be “never” for almost everything on our store (CassyLouCreates product excluded). Most of our product that we get in is stuff that we pre-ordered months ago; meaning, once we sell out of something, it’s rare that we’ll ever be able to get it back in unless if our distros just so happen to have a case hiding somewhere. In short, we’d have to get lucky to restock a lot of the stuff we sell, so if you’re really wanting a set, consider picking it up as fast as you can!

Do you have a rewards/loyalty program?

Not currently, but we do plan to launch one soon on the site! We also plan to integrate special coupons for birthdays too.

Will you be going to X convention?

Refer to the "conventions" channel in the Discord to see our road map for future conventions and where we'll be heading next.

Can I still buy while you're away at a con?

Yes, but only here on the site. TikTok, Etsy, eBay, and TCG Player all get switched to vacay mode while we're gone. Please note that if you do order while we're away, your order obviously won't be shipped out next day, it would have to wait until we return.
